We have all felt that we cannot take it anymore, that work, obligations and daily life put us to the limit and that we are running out of strength. To get back in control we can get in touch with nature, and acquire habits that will help us overcome those moments, and prevent them in the future.
Stress and human nature
The stress is a physiological reaction in response to a dangerous situation. The human being has evolved, but our response to danger is the same from the beginning of time, the body is prepared to repel an attack or undertake a flight. Become aware of what are the things that stress you and consume your energy. Identify them, to be able to face them better.
Recharge your energy to the sun
It is very easy to recharge the batteries, we can take energy from nature, sunbathing (always with adequate protection), walking in a green space or on the beach, or exercising, practicing the sport that we like the most outdoors.
Relax body and mind in a park
Find a quiet place in a park near home, make yourself comfortable and concentrate on your breathing, through it, relaxation and meditation we can put body and mind in contact. Being more aware of our body and learning to relax through breathing, we gain attention, concentration and performance.
Nature in good company
Plan a trip to the mountain with friends. Some people around us give us energy and positivity, while others exhaust us with their negativity. If we learn to differentiate them, we may be able to avoid some of those that rob us of energy.
Natural diet
Take care of your diet, increase the consumption of fruits and vegetables and decrease the consumption of precooked products. A natural diet provides more vitamins. Fresh foods retain all their properties, which are lost with the passage of time, when we freeze them or when we cook them.
The fauna and the flora
In addition to contact with plants in parks or in the field, contact with animals is a great way to eliminate stress. If you have a pet, dedicate part of your time walking or playing. If you do not have it, you can approach the fauna by observing the birds or insects of your environment, stay silent and respect their spaces.
